**Shipping Policy for Stitch'd By India**

At **Stitch'd By India**, we are committed to delivering your products in a timely and efficient manner. Whether you’re shopping from within the United States or abroad, I want to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible. Below is an overview of my shipping policy, including expected shipping times, costs, and more.

- **Order Processing:** Orders are typically processed within **2-4 business days** from the time of purchase. Please note, orders placed on weekends or holidays may experience a slight delay.
- **Custom & Personalized Orders:** Custom and personalized items may require an additional **3-5 business days** for processing, as these products are made with care and attention to detail. If this process will take longer then the above estimation due to size, quantity or time of year this will be immediately communicated to the client. 

2. **Shipping Methods & Delivery Times**
We offer several shipping options to ensure that your order arrives in the best time frame possible. Delivery times are estimates and can vary based on your location, the shipping method chosen, and factors like weather or carrier delays.

 **Domestic Shipping (United States)**
- **Standard Shipping (US):** Orders within the United States typically arrive within **5-7 business days** after dispatch.
- **Expedited Shipping (US):** For faster delivery, expedited shipping is available and typically takes **2-4 business days** after dispatch.

 **International Shipping (Outside the United States)**
- **Standard International Shipping:** International orders outside the United States typically arrive within **7-15 business days**. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance.
- **Expedited International Shipping:** For quicker delivery, expedited shipping is available for most international locations. This generally takes **3-7 business days**, depending on the destination and local customs.

**Note:** International shipments may experience delays due to customs processing and the local postal service, which are beyond our control.

 3. **Shipping Rates**
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. You will be shown the exact shipping fee at checkout before finalizing your purchase.

- **Free Domestic Shipping (US):** We offer **free standard shipping** on all domestic orders over **$75 USD**.
- **International Shipping Rates:** Shipping fees for international orders are calculated at checkout. Rates vary depending on the destination country and chosen shipping method.

 4. **Order Tracking**
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a **tracking number**. This allows you to track your package directly through the shipping carrier’s website.

- **Domestic Orders:** Track your domestic order via the provided tracking number using the carrier's portal.
- **International Orders:** For international orders, tracking information may take **2-3 days** to become available after dispatch.

5. **Shipping Delays**
While I strive to fulfill all orders on time, some delays are unavoidable. Shipping delays may occur due to:
- Customs processing for international orders
- Severe weather conditions
- High-volume shipping seasons (e.g., holidays)
- Carrier-related delays

If there is a significant delay in your order’s delivery, I will notify you promptly via email.

6. **Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)**
- **Domestic Orders (US):** No additional taxes or duties are applied to orders shipped within the United States.
- **International Orders:** Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to **customs duties, taxes, or import fees** upon arrival in your country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information about possible additional charges.

7. **Lost or Damaged Packages**
Once your order has been shipped, I am not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. However, if you believe your package was lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within **7 days of the delivery date**. We will work with the carrier to initiate a claim, but I cannot offer compensation for lost or stolen items once they have been delivered.

8. **Address Accuracy**
Please double-check the shipping address you provide during checkout. I am not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
